Jennifer Park



Jennifer most recently was Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Planning at Sotheby’s where she spent 17 years working on a number of corporate and financial projects. In that role, she managed all areas of the investor relations function including day to day contact with and education of current and potential shareholders and bondholders; management of over sixty quarterly earnings processes; multiple activist campaigns; the execution of 17 annual shareholder meetings which included extensive proxy outreach efforts; and ultimately the transition of Sotheby’s to a private company after being the oldest listed company on the New York Stock Exchange. Jennifer also helped facilitate multiple debt offerings, the sale-leaseback of Sotheby’s New York headquarters as well as its eventual repurchase. She also managed all worldwide competitive market share analyses, numerous pricing initiatives and the assessment of a number of potential and completed acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to Sotheby’s, Jennifer was a Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Transaction Services consulting group at PwC.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce with a double major in Finance and Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the inaugural class of Investor Relations Certification (IRC) holders, a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Senior Roundtable Group and a member of NIRI’s IRC Exam Development Committee.
