Mike Micciche’s +25-year Wall Street career spans nearly every aspect of corporate interaction with investors. He is a passionate storyteller and enjoys getting to know companies. As an analyst at UBS and DLJ, Mike authored high-impact investment reports and industry white papers, all of which included detailed financial modeling and qualitative investment opinions. Mike participated in dozens of IPOs, which included pre-deal positioning, roadshow marketing, deal allocation, and post-IPO marketing and coverage. This included all aspects of trading, sales, follow-ons, NDRs, EPS reporting, and communication with the Street. As an institutional broker at Wachovia/Wells Fargo, Mike covered long-only institutions and hedge funds of all types and sizes. As a product manager for 11 years, he helped a large team of analysts optimize their messaging and research for consumption by institutional brokers and traders for daily distribution to investor clients. Most recently, on Wells Fargo’s Corporate Access team, Mike worked closely with corporates on shareholder analysis & targeting. Using his deep sell-side experience and knowledge of accounts, he helped IR teams develop data-driven marketing strategies to identify new investors and tackle current issues/trends such as MiFID, ESG, and changes to the I.I. voting process.
Mike started his career as a professional writer and excels at messaging and communication. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University at Albany and is a civilian graduate of the 2018 US Army War College National Security Seminar. He is a private pilot, USCG-licensed master of 100-ton vessels, a member of the US Civil Air Patrol, and holds SEC Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses. He serves as secretary of the board of directors of a national veterans’ charity and is a member of the board of a global education charity. He lives in New York with his wife and two sons.
